Terms of service

Rules for using Danametrix and its integrations.

Updated October 13, 2026

1. Service and acceptance

These terms govern Danametrix, a data analytics service operated by Danalytix in Panama. Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. Your plan or contract supplements this document. Connecting an integration does not change existing prices, billing cycles or commitments.

2. Accounts and authorization

Keep account information accurate, protect access and connect only assets you own or are authorized to manage. Each company retains its context and permissions. You are responsible for appropriate access for your organization and for notifying clients whose assets you connect about processing terms.

3. Google integrations

Google authorization is separate from Danametrix access. We connect only accounts or profiles accessible to the authorized user. Ads is for analytics reads and does not activate campaigns or commit spend. Google may require additional account setup steps; Danametrix does not complete payments without authorization. Business Profile is for eligible clients and remains subject to Google approval, verification and permissions. Fictitious profiles and addresses are not created.

4. Data and calculations

Metrics depend on source definition, period, availability and retention. Missing values are not treated as zero. Unique totals, current stocks and lifetime counters are not converted to daily history or added as if they were independent events. Derived calculations are identified. Stored data can change when the source revises values or a publication receives further activity. The service does not guarantee recovery of years no longer provided by a source.

5. Synchronization and availability

Integrations query authorized sources in the background; views read internally stored data for the available period. API quotas, revocation, incidents and restrictions may leave a query partial or pending. Observed rejection reasons and coverage status are retained. A connection does not imply complete historical coverage or automatic parity with every provider screen.

6. Permitted use

Use the platform to analyze your results or those of authorized clients. Do not break company isolation, obtain another user’s credentials, bypass restrictions or quotas, use data for unlawful surveillance or publish third-party data without authorization. Respect connected providers’ terms and data rights.

7. Exports, MCP and publication

You may export data you can access and are responsible for its subsequent distribution. Private MCP access requires authentication and current permissions. Public snapshots are explicitly published by an administrator with scope, expiry and revocation; they do not authorize discovering other companies. Connecting an external or AI client shares selected data with that client. Secrets and tokens are excluded from reports and publications.

8. Privacy and cancellation

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Revoke Google access or request disconnection and deletion at info@danalytix.com. Revocation and history deletion are separate operations. Commercial cancellation follows the contracted plan; this connector does not make Google advertising charges.

9. Rights and responsibility

You retain the applicable rights over connected data and assets. Danalytix retains rights over its software and presentation. Reports support decisions and do not guarantee financial results, advertising returns or profitability. These terms do not exclude legally mandatory rights or liabilities.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and communicated. Contact info@danalytix.com for support, privacy or service questions. Panama law applies without excluding mandatory rights in other applicable jurisdictions. Updated: October 13, 2026.
