Privacy policy

How Danametrix handles authorized data.

Updated October 13, 2026

1. Operator and scope

Danalytix operates Danametrix from Panama. This policy covers https://danametrix.danalytix.com and authorized integrations. Contact info@danalytix.com for questions, privacy rights or deletion requests. Businesses connecting client assets must obtain the asset owners’ authorization and provide appropriate privacy notices.

2. Information we use

We process account and company information required to operate access, preferences, security records and, where applicable, administrative plan and billing information. Integrations store asset identifiers, performance data, dates and response quality. Authorization secrets are encrypted. Danametrix does not need your Google account password.

3. Google Ads

With your OAuth authorization, we read accessible advertising accounts, their identification, currency and time zone; campaigns, dates, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value; device, hour, country, region, age, gender and conversion-action segments when Google provides them. Google’s adwords permission also allows changes, but the Danametrix connector is restricted to read queries. It does not create or modify campaigns, budgets, ads or payments.

4. Google Business Profile

This integration is for eligible client profiles managed with authorization. Activation depends on Google approval and profile access. We read business location and identifiers, daily actions and views, monthly searches subject to Google privacy thresholds, and review statistics. The review projection retains identifiers, dates, stars and whether a reply exists; it does not retain the reviewer name or comment. Danametrix does not reply to reviews, edit business details or publish business content.

5. Other sources and purposes

Connected sources, including Meta, Matomo, LinkedIn and X, provide data allowed by their contracts and your authorization. We use it to display dashboards, compare results, generate requested exports, synchronize available history, provide support and secure the service. Matomo may include visits and actions; social publications may include text, identifiers and media links. Metrics and historical retention differ by source.

6. Limited use of Google data

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data or use it for targeted advertising, credit assessment or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Google data is used only for the requested analytics features.

7. Access and sharing

Private data is available to authorized company users and administrators with the relevant permissions. Support personnel may access data only for authorized assistance, security or legal obligations. Infrastructure providers necessary to run the service may process data under confidentiality and security obligations. Exports, MCP access and public aggregate snapshots require client action and authorization. Public snapshots expire and can be revoked; private data is not published automatically. Connecting an AI client through MCP sends the authorized content to that client under its own terms. Connection secrets are not shared.

8. Storage, security and transfers

Integration credentials are encrypted on the server; access depends on current identity, role and company. Web and provider communications use HTTPS/TLS. Metrics history is stored internally so date filters do not depend on live provider calls. Recovery backups have restricted access. Infrastructure and APIs may be located outside Panama; processing is limited to the requested service and applicable obligations. Security measures do not provide an absolute guarantee against incidents.

9. Retention and deletion

History is retained for account analysis and recovery, according to the contracted service and the owner’s instructions. Changing dates or revoking OAuth does not automatically erase stored data. To request deletion of a connection, Google data or the full account, email info@danalytix.com with the company, connection and scope; never send passwords or tokens. We verify authorization, stop the relevant synchronization and handle deletion within applicable legal deadlines. We inform you of scope, timing and any legally required retention. Residual data in protected backups is not used for ordinary analytics and is addressed through deletion and recovery processes. Deletion requires human validation; closing an account does not promise an automatic purge.

10. Revoking access

You can remove Danametrix access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation prevents new authorized queries when applied by Google; it does not itself erase stored Danametrix observations. You can also request disconnection and deletion from support. Meta and other sources provide their own integration or application revocation options. Disabled connections must stop synchronizing.

11. Cookies and preferences

The application uses session cookies for authentication and storage for interface preferences. These public policy pages do not require sign-in or include advertising tracking. The application may load external libraries, maps and resources needed for visualizations; those providers may receive browser connection information such as an IP address. Integration credentials are not shared with them.

12. Rights and changes

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability as provided by applicable law. We use the minimum information needed to verify identity and authority. In Panama you may contact ANTAI. Material changes to processing or consent scope will be dated and communicated; a new purpose or permission requires the relevant authorization.
